We keep refunds simple, and we never lock you into a subscription.
14-day, no-questions refund
Every paid document and every pass comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you are not happy for any reason, email papertameapp@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
No auto-renewal
The Papertame pass is a one-time annual payment. It does not renew automatically — after twelve months it simply ends, and we never charge you again unless you choose to buy again.
Free tools stay free
Most Papertame tools are free and always will be. There is nothing to pay for those, and so nothing to refund.
How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. For any billing question, email papertameapp@gmail.com.
