About these terms
Papertame (“we”, “us”) is operated by Sten Labs Oy, a limited company (osakeyhtiö) in Finland. By using the site or buying a tool or pass, you agree to these terms.
What Papertame is — and isn't
Papertame gives you small tools that format and explain document conventions for people moving between countries. Our outputs are informational aids and sourced estimates — they are not legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice, and we are not affiliated with any government authority. Always check the official source we link before you rely on anything.
Your account
Some tools use a magic-link sign-in by email. Keep access to your email secure — anyone with it can use your account.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay. Paid tools are one-time payments; the pass is a one-time annual payment that does not renew automatically. Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Ltd is the seller of record, the charge appears under their name, and their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Refunds
Every purchase has a 14-day, no-questions refund — see our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the service: no unlawful uploads, no attempts to break, overload, or scrape it, and no presenting our outputs as official documents.
The service is provided “as is”
We work hard to cite official sources and keep them current, but we cannot promise a particular outcome with any authority, employer, landlord, or bank. The service and its outputs are provided “as is”, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows when. Continued use means you accept the current version.
